1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Kriwheel! By accessing or using our mobile application, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Kriwheel. Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or submitting any reports.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kriwheel Technologies Limited ("Kriwheel," "we," "us," or "our").

2Eligibility

To use Kriwheel, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have a valid Nigerian phone number
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

3User Accounts

Account Creation: You must create an account to submit reports. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it updated, maintain password security, and notify us of unauthorized use.

One Account Per Person: Each user is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in termination.

Account Security: You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4Report Submission

Report Accuracy: You agree to provide truthful, accurate information; only report incidents you personally witnessed; include photos/videos only if you have rights; and not submit false reports.

Verification Process: All reports are subject to verification. We reserve the right to reject any report that does not meet our standards.

Categories: Accidents, Police/Agency checkpoints, Road blocks, Robbery, Harassment, Vehicle breakdown, Extortion, and other safety-related incidents.

Content Standards: No hate speech, personal attacks, private info without consent, or copyrighted material you lack rights to share.

5User Conduct

Prohibited: No false reports; no multiple accounts; no harassment or impersonation; no spam; no hacking or bots; no account transfer; no law violations.

Consequences: Violations may result in suspension, termination, forfeiture of earnings, and legal action.

6Content Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership. By submitting, you grant Kriwheel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, use, and moderate your content.

We may remove content that violates Terms or law. Report concerns to support@kriwheel.com.

7Disclaimers

Service "As Is": No warranties on report accuracy, uptime, route safety, or other users' conduct.

Safety: We provide user-contributed information. We are not responsible for report accuracy or incidents. Use your judgment.

Not Professional Advice: Information is for general purposes only, not legal or medical advice.

8Limitation of Liability

No liability for incidents, actions based on reports, loss of earnings/data, user content, interruptions, or moderation decisions.

9Termination

By You: Delete account anytime via settings.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate for Terms violations, fraud, legal requirement, or if we cease operations.

Effect: On termination you lose access.

10Changes to Terms

We may update Terms. We will notify via in-app notification, email, or website notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11Governing Law

Governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes resolved in courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
